Hand us the keys and we handle marketing, guest screening, contracts, cleaning, maintenance and monthly reporting. You keep ownership and receive rental income without the day-to-day work.
If you prefer a clean exit, we can purchase your Mallorca property directly. We move quickly, use our own capital, and keep the process straightforward and discreet.
